Who we are

ITA PROJECTS LTD, is born by the twenty-year experience in the civil and environmental engineering field, carried out mostly in Italy and in the United Kingdom, by the engineer Luca Palmiero (current director). The Company makes use of a specialized network of engineers working in several European countries in wide sectors of civil and environmental engineering.

The Company provides its customers with a wide range of specialized engineering services which are not limited to the execution of “classic” professional services such as Design, Works Management, Testing and Safety Coordination in Design and on site, for public and private works. ITA PPROJECTS LTD, through its network, supply management services for companies operating in the civil and environmental sector, increasing their profits, also through the company resources reorganization and the objectives and targets redefinition.

We issue 360-degree consultancy to companies, satisfying especially requests of those operating both in Italy and abroad at the same time, providing consultancy services for study of European evidence tenders, providing to the customer the drafting complete with technical and economic reports, in order to propose the best tender offer, which takes into account market, the potential technical and economic criticalities of the works to be carried out and the recent and different regulations in force in the various countries, in particular on environmental matters.

The ITA PROJECTS director, Eng. Luca Palmiero, is registered as trusted technicians of over 100 Italian Consulates in the world and is authorized to prepare the CELMAE, certificate of execution of works carried out abroad by Italian companies, – Presidential Decree October 5, 2010, n.207, providing for the provision of all the necessary services in order to obtain SOA certification for the works carried out abroad for the applicant company.

The corporate vision for all construction phases (Planning, Design, Execution, Management), is totally based on their sustainability; this goal is achieved using design tools that can guarantee maximum control in all phases (e.g. BIM – Building Information Modelling), imposing as main criterion for all of them minimum environment impact, controlling all as much as possible, through the use of Smart Technologies.
